funeral blues

The purpose of the eulogy is to pay tribute to the deceased as a distinct individual, with unique talents and gifts, who will live on in the memories of the people who loved him. Today many people are shying away from traditional memorial services and choosing instead to create a memorable, personalized life celebration.

The way they showed their feelings to family, friends and people who knew them. Even if you do not suffer from public speaking nerves, it would be a good idea to practice giving your eulogy in front of a family member or a friend. Grieve if you must, cry if you have to.

People should be able to supply you with information and their own personal experiences, suitable for a eulogy. They become a reflection of ancestors lives for generations to come. Just like when our loved ones are at home with us and spend time in our living room.

No one will be timing you, with a stopwatch, so take your time. Funeral services are meant to celebrate the lives of lost love ones.
